"Went in today for my son and it was a great experience. From the receptionist who was very kind, and talked me through everything to the nurses who came in for vitals, tests, etc and lastly to the doctor who came in - everyone was kind, through and had amazing bedside manner. Dr. Behm was amazing with my son who had no energy to even talk/move. Would highly recommend- if you don’t have health insurance like us, they have a program that helps with costs."

They weren't extremely busy when I arrived, so I'm sure that helped, but Daisy and the others were exceptionally friendly and warm. Thank you & Nice job y'all!"

"I went in for a drug test. Literally sat for over an hour and they were not busy at all. Under no circumstance should there be over an hour wait for a urine sample I sat in that waiting room for close to an hour and 45 min. Completely unacceptable. There were 3 urine test ahead of me in only know because the front desk lady said it. It literally takes 5 minutes to do a urine sample visit. Whoever the office manager is of that clinic is failing. Hold your staff accountable. I’ve worked in the healthcare field for over 10 years so I know how a clinic runs. You should be making sure people are coming and going in a reasonable amount of time. I understand when you are busy but when you have enough staff and nurses just sitting and taking their sweet time no that is poor customer service. Do better. No way could those nurses go to another clinic and function they would have a rude awakening."

"My daughter with fever and flu waiting for more of 1 hour and also the receptionist very unpleasant, unfriendly and with very little desire to work and help and support the patient. Also and it’s incredible but while my daughter is waiting the clinic have roach on the floor and nobody take care of that. Horrible urgent care, I will never return to this site and I will report this to the city as an unhealthy urgent care because they need an inspection urgently. Also they need to have admin workers with more knowledge because they collected $195 from my card explaining something without sense because we don’t have de deductible, we’re in the network and also we have a copayment in urgent car of $5. After discuss with the lady they understood and they refunded my money and collect the right amount ($5) I don’t remember if the receptionist but this lady is really bad worker, doesn’t have customer service attitude and skills but also she did not have medical billing knowledge. Please be far of this place, it’s my humble recommendation. That’s happened today 09.07.2023 around 1pm CST"
