Ease of appointment scheduling in the clinic is quick and effective, and they are very respectful of your time. This clinic has been an amazing resource to me and my family. 10/10 would recommend this clinic for treatment of ailments and routine visits."

"I called to make an appt with your Leander clinic’s physical therapist. Knowing the care H‑E‑B has for it’s staff truly thought this was going to be outstanding medical care. I would be wrong. I already have scans and orders to see a physical therapist but this organization will not accept ANY reference from outside this clinic. Furthermore, I would have to transfer my records with my primary care just to see your primary care only to be able to get an appt with the therapist. This process also delayed time in getting to see the PT since I would have to see your primary care first. Clearly, I said no and will not be using this clinic. After I ended the call with this clinic, I called my doctor’s office to get the orders to be sent to a PT. It took less that an hour. This is the 2nd and last time that I have tried to make an appt with this clinic. In July, I was turned away when I called thinking I had a bacterial infection and I needed antibiotics. Over a phone call requesting an appt, your providers somehow deemed they had enough information to close their doors to me?!"

"My husband saw one of the doctors here because of the extreme pain he's been experiencing in his hip and piriformis. He's had issues in the past with kidney stones, but was not experiencing anything related to that, and he would know! Somehow that became the main issue. They took $70 for the visit, told him to go to the ER, and didn't say anything about future treatment or what to do. He was looking for a doctor who cared about his health and getting to the bottom of the pain and issue that may lead him to not being able to work! Was looking for a primary care provider. Extremely disappointed with the doctor he saw. Will not be using HEB on Ronald Reagan again."

"As many are aware, we are plagued lately with respiratory illnesses such as the FLU, Covid, RSV's and Strep throats. I was exposed to strep by my children and woke up with sore throat. I was certain I had strep. I was able to be seeing on the same day by the lovely staff at this clinic, was able to get my test done and left with my prescribed antibiotic. I didn't have to leave my car. It all happened with me inside my vehicle and in less than 30 mins. It was the most smooth operation I have ever encountered. I will tell you this: This location doesn't have good internet signal, I did encounter difficulties doing the check in on my phone and completing the forms while I was there. They did call me about 5 mins past my appointment time to check in on me and I advised I was already there and they did tell me they didn't get my text message or my check in information. I would call them instead if you are instructed to be in our car. Just a tip. Other than that, the service I received was 5 starts."
