Setting up an appointment prior to coming in makes things so much easier. When I arrived, I was greeted and treated professionally by Karen, who checked me in and did vitals. Dr. O (female Dr. don't want to mess her name up) was very friendly and asked many questions to figure out what was wrong with me. "I love coming to Apt Urgent Care! The reception area is very inviting- it’s not depressing like some of the more traditional urgent cares. They even have a coffee/tea bar! The wait is not long at all and they see you very quickly whether you are a walk-in or have an appointment. It’s extremely easy to book an appointment online as well. The patient rooms have a cool vibe- they have leather recliner chairs and a diffuser, it’s very comfortable and the staff as well as the doctors are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Don’t hesitate to come to this urgent care if you’re looking for exceptional service!"
