"I found the office staff competent but I have low standards. So that is why I can against the majority with what they are saying. Unfortunately, Jeremy Schmitt stated to me that he was an Endocrinologist. He is NOT!!!! He is only VERY recently a Nurse Practitioner. He doesn't seem to know that if you are checking on a thyroid issue, you gotta touch the neck. He also does not follow up with anyone on their bloodwork. He may have been having a bad week but you don't bring personal drama into a professional setting. And he did just that! Complaining about his home life and how the world isn't fair. Grow up Man! I'm not your therapist. Grow up!!!! Leave your drama at home. I would have preferred you cancelled my appointment than to see you and waste my time and money!!!"

Someone came to the room to do the check out process. It was the best medical appointment experience I've had in a while!"

They reached out to me a few days before my appointment because I needed a new referral/authorization from my primary care physician.
