I love that she explained the criteria my daughter would have to meet for surgery and opted to try something else first. Overall, just love this place."

"Visited this clinic this morning. So many ugly inaccurate reviews about this doctor I was skeptical to go! Man was I surprised! Dr. Reder was super friendly and professional. At no point did I feel like I wasn’t heard or understood by him. He expressed a caring demeanor and a lovely bedside manner. He was forthright and knowledgeable about what he could and couldn’t do for me. He also put me at ease by agreeing not to do a procedure that causes me extreme anxiety because doing so would not produce a diagnosis I was after anyway. I highly recommend giving him a try yourself! Now the one nurse there had a very condescending judgmental attitude and when confronted about it denied she had said anything wrong with zero apology, and she definitely said something wrong. She is in the wrong profession of helping people if she’s going to behave that way. But Dr. Reder was awesome! GO SEE HIM!"

"Bring your patients with you to this office. I had to wait 49 minutes past my appointment start time and when I asked I got attitude from sassy staff. Their waiting room was so noisy with a super loud TV. Also after seeing the Dr for one minute and thirty seconds he looked in my ears and did not say anything about what he saw, just to get a hearing test. This appointment was a waste of time. A day later I am not feeling well, my ears hurt and they had dirt in them this morning, this is the next day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION."

"We spent more time filling out paperwork that wasn't even read by the Doctor. He heard my 17 year old was there for severe obstructive sleep apnea and right away said a tonsillectomy was needed, but said our insurance didn't want to pay for those. He was dismissive about treating my child right off the bat. Then he took a look at my child's tonsils and said "nevermind the tonsils are small, tonsil removal is not a good idea." Not once did he address the sinus issues, the dizziness, the ear issues. He said a cpap machine would help and we were free to go. Then we overheard him saying he was going to the diner on Broadway in 15 mins. We spent 45 mins filling out unnecessary paperwork, spent 5 mins with him and he rushed out the door to go to lunch. Doctor's make you arrive 30 mins before your appointment to fill out paperwork and then rush you because they're ready for lunch. They should do a preliminary workup first then if you need to be treated have you fill out the useless paperwork they won't read. The only nice thing about the appointment was helping out a bird when we left."
