"Dr. Talib is extremely rude. I went in for my appointment this morning after a few years, and he was very short with me and kept cutting me off. He doesn't understand that some people can't afford co-pays or have trouble getting insurance (with other life financial problems going on) so it's difficult to do follow up appointments. I would definitely not recommend this doctor."

"My partner was originally seen by Dr. Syed & Tiffany. Once Dr. Syed died she has been seen only by Dr. Talib. My partner has end stage COPD. Over the last year we have been getting nothing but a run around. They even called her to say she was never a patient with them. They never answer the phone, when they do they don't follow through with it or keep us informed. We went for an appt and did not have any masks, they would not give her one and made her reschedule appt. Now we have been waiting 2 days for prescriptions. My partner ended up in hospital. I feel bad for Tiffany and Beatrice. They have always been kind and professional."

"I give only one star because Dr. Talib charged me for a visit and my copay for speaking to him on the phone for only fifteen seconds during which he was rude. This was NOT a scheduled appointment. I called his office and asked to talk to Dr. Talib's assistant, Faith. I only had a question regarding a previous office visit which was not clear to me. He documented this call as a virtual appointment without me knowing he would file it with my insurance. He indicated this visit took 25 minutes, which is NOT true. If I was going to be charged a phone visit and my $40 copay, I would of preferred to be made aware of it beforehand. I did not appreciate this treatment. A cautionary note to his patients, please make sure you are made aware when talking with Dr. Talib. He will be glad to talk to you but he would be happier to take your copay!"
