"They called me when I was on vacation to cancel my appointment as NP wouldn’t be in the office- took me 10 phone calls, left messages when their vm wasn’t full- finally got a call back yesterday said my referral had expired - they never sent in a new referral to my pcp- very frustrating"

"MA Misty and NP Clements were so kind and thoughtful. I’m usually very anxious at Dr visits but they made me feel so comfortable. I don’t know why they have such a bad review score. My appointment was fast, comprehensive, and they listened to me. I felt they really cared. I didn’t grab her name but the front desk office woman was very pleasant as well."

"AMAZINGLY HORRIBLE! I was referred to Dr. Bass by my doctor. I made an appointment six months ago with no problem. They saw me, sent me to get a CT scan, and gave me my prescription. ONE MONTH ago, I started calling to get my prescription refilled and make another appointment for a check-up. They have yet to answer any of my 20+ calls or return any of my 20+ messages. My condition is really bad without my meds. I can’t imagine how Dr. Bass and her band of incompetents stay in business. They could care less about the patient. If I could rate her as a negative, she gets a negative 100 rating from me."

"Horrible service. You'd think it was free by the way they treat you, not something you actually pay for. Hubris off the charts. Needed a prescription refilled and got a message when I called saying they were updating their systems and refills would have to be requested 2 weeks in advance. I didn't have 2 weeks worth of medicine and not being prescient was unaware of this updating process. Now will have to beg the pharmacy for a holdover supply. Called repeatedly and was unable to get hold of a human. Just poor care."

"Do not come to this practice or their medical center location, unless you don’t value your time. Arrived at 10:30 for an 11:15 appointment to fill out their patient packet. Which is 14 pages btw. (They originally asked me to print myself and bring in) at 11:45 still hadn’t been brought back. Around 12:10 I was brought back to the ma for vitals and history. When I asked how much was the doctor running behind today. She mentions there are still 2 patients ahead of me (one being a new patient) which could be longer. I ask her estimate on time frame. Maybe an hour or more. So maybe 1 or 2 more hours on top of the nearly 2 that I’ve already spent waiting. This also happened at the medical center location nearly 2 years ago. They have zero value for time or consideration for their patients. I can’t speak on the care since I haven’t actually been cared for by either location by 2 different doctors. But considering this is how they run their practice I’m not at all confident in the ability to treat me."
