"1. Each staff member was smiling and polite. All nicely asked our I was doing in general, my eyes, getting all my prescriptions as needed and any questions I had themselves and or the doctor. Each person looked at me as they asked the questions and received my answers. I never felt rushed through the office visit. 2. Dr. Maestro presented the same patient, welcoming behaviors. He reviewed my last visit and explained the findings of this week’s visit. He clearly answered all my questions so that I understand the findings and the plans of action. Each time I visit these same people in this practice, I know I am receiving expert diagnoses and care."
