"I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now but if you are looking for an ENT, Dr. Christine Gilliam is the one. Last year I found a mass on my neck. Went throught ultrasounds, CT scans, my PCP until I decided to go to my ENT about it. In a matter for 2 and a half weeks I got a biopsy, found out I had cancer, saw an oncologist (recommended by her) and had the mass removed from my neck by her. She not only recommended the oncologist but personally contacted him. She moved my surgery date to the closest available date and thanks to her I am now cancer free. She is so knowledgeable, so thorough and gets things done quickly. I am so grateful to have her as my ENT. The only complaints I have is one of the receptionists (Samantha). She is not sympathetic or careful with her words when patients are distraught. She got very snappy with my mother every time she called and made things difficult for us. Anytime we would call she wouldn’t give us all of the information we needed and it was just frustrating."

"Great Staff . Dr. Gilliam sees you on time and no long wait to be called in for your appointment. I love that she doesn’t set patients appointments all at once. Very Highly recommended !!!"

"A very positive experience, which is not alway the case since the Covid pandemic. The staff are all friendly and truly want to help. I cannot say enough about Dr. Gilliam. She is absolutely a wonderful caring person who only wants the best for her patients. Highly recommend her, and the entire Everyone’s ENT staff."

"Was very happy with the facility and front desk staff. My 4 year old daughter was seen by Dr. Chamberlin who was hands down the best! He was very patient and engaging. I had read previous reviews about Dr. Gilliam so it didn't catch me off guard that I was somewhat unhappy with how she handled our brief visit. My observation was in barely looked up off her laptop to actually ask if I had questions or concerns. When she walked in she asked what was going on and the minute I began to speak she went into baby talk to my 4 year old and quickly examined her ears and didn't even acknowledge that I didn't finish my sentence, returned to her laptop and did not speak a word until she got up to escort us out. Had my daughter not been in serious need of treatment I would have spoken up. I literally had to ask you as you escorted us out what was the treatment plan, to which your response was simply that the medicine has already been forwarded to the Pharmacy. No information on how to apply, what to expect, etc. I voiced my concern to your front desk. The best part of this visit was that the prescription was submitted to the wrong pharmacy! UPDATE 3 to 4 Stars: I was immediately contacted the following day of this post by Office Manager Ashley who was genuinely sympathetic to my feedback. That said, it shows great character and attention by the management here. I am looking forward to giving an update on our follow up visit scheduled for next week."
