"I know this isn't a scam, but it is poorly run. My daughter paid her money and received her medications in a timely manner. I decided to do the same, so I filled out the forms online and paid my fees. I immediately received an email receipt for the money paid...then nothing. The telephone numbers don't work. The email address gets zero response. I left comments on their website, and still nothing. It has been a month since I paid my money and no response. Don't go here. Read the reviews. I should have."

"I paid for two visits back in June of 2021 and they prescribed me one round of hydroxychloroquine and stated to call back if i contracted Covid, which i did this past week. I've called & texted Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with no response. I have yet to hear back from them. At this point, I do not think they can keep up with the demand. I guess they need more staff. First time/visit request they called me back the same day and had meds at pharmacy the next day. The second visit request its crickets and again, ive already paid for this visit. Im requesting a refund of $100 if they do no allow my second visit."

"DON’T ORDER FROM HERE - ITS A SCAM!!!! Filled out the form over a week ago, told me it was approved and that they would send it to my pharmacy which they never did. Texted multiple times and they kept saying they called in the prescription but Walgreens doesn’t have it. Would take days to get back to between messages now they won’t text back at all. Finally gave up. What a waste of $185- hope they didn’t steal my identity or something!"

"My son NEVER received his Rx and paid the $185. He tested positive for Covid-19 and was text a message that he qualified for the Rx and it would be called in to his pharmacy. This was over a week ago and now they won’t respond and he can’t get through on the phone conveniently. We are going to dispute the charge on the credit card if we don’t receive a refund. $185 may not be much to some people, but we can’t afford to just give it away. Disappointed is an understatement"
