"After several attempts, not able to book my regular annual appointment. The worst part is lack of communication with customers. If the place is closing soon, why not issue a newsletter that your trying to downsize or not taking more clients."

You will be put on hold, be first in the queue, nobody will pick up, you get transferred to a voicemail box that is unable to accept messages. I’ve been a patient for four years and I am now in search of another physician. At first the negligence and unprofessionalism of the office staff was moderately tolerable, its only gotten worse."

"I’ve been trying to make an appointment for months. I’ve called and called but never get to speak to anyone. They just leave me on hold till eventually they send me to leave a voicemail. Then when I get to the voicemail it says the mail on is full. So then I go to their patient portal and try to schedule an appointment there. I fill in all the information and it ask for and then doesn’t let me send the message. The send button is grayed out and won’t let me click it. I went on their website today and it’s 4pm and says their closed but if u call them they say their open till 5pm. At this point I’m just gonna go find a new doctor."

"It is with great disappointment and frustration that I share my recent experiences with Garza Medical Group, a once-reputable establishment that has plummeted into a pit of incompetence and apathy following the departure of Dr. Jakubowski. One of the most glaring issues is the apparent negligence towards patient communication. Phone calls to Garza Medical Group are met with an infuriating wall of silence, as if the staff has collectively decided to abandon any semblance of responsibility. It is disheartening to witness a once-responsive and patient-centric office devolve into an abyss of unanswered calls and neglected voicemails. After 3 weeks of calling daily, only to be placed on hold then be hung up on, I took time off work to drive to their office to obtain some sort of response. To my surprise, instead of providing individualized care, as was expected from previous experiences with Dr. Jakubowski, the current staff seems to have adopted a blanket policy, dismissing patients based solely on their medication regimens. It would've been nice to know this 3 weeks earlier, before running out of a required medication. When asked why I wasn't told about this policy after calling them for the past several weeks, the receptionist replied, "It would be pointless". In summary, I strongly advise prospective patients to reconsider seeking care at Garza Medical Group until substantial improvements are made to restore the level of service and compassion that was once a hallmark of this establishment, thanks to Dr. Jakubowski."
