"Utterly unacceptable practice in my mind. My newborn daughter was seen a few weeks ago. She was supposed to be referred to a urologist for a pre existing kidney issue. We waited patiently for the urologist office to contact us and weeks later get told the doctor never referred her! Unacceptable when it was made clear to us before she was born she NEEDED to see a urologist to make sure she was ok. The doctor spent little to no time checking her, she was born with jaundice and he did nothing to double check her days after we left the hospital. Either a lazy doctor who just punches in and out for a paycheck or needs to learn how to take care of patients. Do Not Go Here! They also never answer the phone. We attempted calling as often as we could in order to get the referral but never an answer. Do your kids a favor and go somewhere else"
"I think this doctors office is great. I always love the staff and they have always been there if I’m in need to see the doctor. My son busted his lip at the office and they helped me clean him up and gave him an ice pack. I love this staff! The doctor is always very reassuring and knowledgeable as well as the nurse practitioner! I have been coming here since my son was born and he’s 2 now. Hate that I’m moving and can’t keep my baby with this office. Choose smartly!!"
"Dr Hernandez is the best, very professional, he ALWAYS takes his time to explain in detail what is wrong with your child, he is never in a rush and makes us feel like he really values us as customers. My gilrs love him and are never scared or nervous to going there. Just talking to him is always a pleasure, he listens to parents and answers all and every question, we may have. I want to take this opportunity to talk about Jennifer, one of the nurses, she took care of my girls during our last visit and I must say she was extremely patient, nice and kind to us."
