"My daughter sees Ms. Badillo and we absolutely love her!! She’s always super friendly and kind. She takes her time checking her and making sure all our needs are met! She is the best! We will continue to come see her and Dr. Perez anytime we had any medical concerns. The ladies up front are also very kind and helpful. Overall great team!!"

"If I could leave a zero star review I would. The front desk in this place is so inconsistent. One time they tell me only one parent can bring in all of my kids for their appts (I have 3) then the next time they say there has to be another parent to get all the appts done. Then the next appt they canceled my baby’s appt 30 min before the appt start time due to not being able to see 3 kids in a family on one day. They said I would have to separate these appts. Then I told them it is unprofessional then they said her insurance will not cover the appt because her birthday was coming up and I ultimately decided to reschedule. . Well I show up to the rescheduled appt and they front desk says oh I called you a little while ago to make sure you weren’t coming because the doctor had a family emergency. AGAIN SHE CALLED ME 30 min before the appt to cancel. At this point I was livid I told her how unprofessional that was and how I have had to miss so much work because of all of this miscommunication from their staff. I told her this is unacceptable. Then all of a sudden they found a doctor to see my baby. Their service has just declined over the years. I only stayed because they have a great group of doctors . Moral of the story: just act crazy so people don’t take your kindness for weakness."

"I'm sadden to say I had to switch my kids to different practice. Dr. Perez is an amazing doctor. He is very caring, smart and detailed oriented. I love him I'm not going to lie. But the office management is really bad, Really, Really Bad. I had so many issues with front and back office over 6 years since my eldest was born but I let it go so many times just because I was very happy with Dr. Perez but the mess that they got going on in this office was just affecting me so much to keep trying to keep them as my kids primary care. Rude front desk, long waiting times, unavailability to bring someone else with me to help out with the kids, unable to bring all kids at the same time, No callbacks, unable to get paperwork done, Referrals take a long period, appointment have an extreme long waiting time. and so many more little things that kept happening that it just piles up to where its disappointing. I leave this review in hopes that someone checks on management and figures out what is going on and fix the problem because Dr. Perez don't deserve it because he is such a great doctor."

"Front of desk has no idea what they are doing. Monica Guerrera is very unprofessional and tried telling my husband that he shouldn’t list all the woman he dates as mothers when in fact they the dr office made the error on their end by allowing someone not the biological mother claim with no proof that she was the biological mother and then to turn the biological father away because the other woman claimed she was the biological parent and was in fact not. My husband was the one who called and set they appointment and was never told anything about the “mother”. Mind your business Monica and do your job. Very unprofessional to be arguing going back and forth when she could have just went to call someone who knew what they were doing. My husband had just came with our other son and had no problems being seen Las he booked that appointment too. My son who is autistic started freaking out and crying saying the dr didn’t want him there and we should leave, I don’t appreciate her causing this when she could have simply gone to call the manager or someone who knew what they were doing. After asking multiple times she did go speak to a manager and came back and accepted my husband to stay for the visit because they found previous paper work about him being biological father and having custody of the kids. Very unprofessional and again we don’t appreciate the commotion and causing my son to freak out. I feel an apology is owed to my husband and my son. Manager never came to speak to us, Monica just came back up and told my husband they would see my son."
