"It would be great if you could just deal with Dr. Talley and Nurse Christian. They are absolutely amazing and are thorough when giving you information. They deserve 5 starts. However the ladies in the front and whoever is in charge of answering the phones are the absolute worst. They don't answer the phone takes 10 minutes when the wait line says less than 1 minute. They take forever to return your call. When you go into the office they take awhile to acknowledge that you are there. They need to do better horrible office staff."

"The doctors and assistants offer great care and are considerate and professional. However, the caller dispatch and front desk are issues. It takes approximately 15 minutes of ringing and being transferred before any assistance is offered. Front desk staff are mostly impersonal. The care provided is thorough and personal, but the difficulty of making an appointment or even being received with any warmth or caring are problems that need attention"

"Dr. York is AMAZING with my son! The STAFF IS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. When your waiting in the waiting room they pick up the phone via speaker to answer calls, you can hear everyone's conversation and personal information. The front desk talks about their personal life LOUD. No-one needs to know who went to jail and why your not speaking with your family. When you call to make an appointment they always put you on hold fast. Don't go during lunch time because they are ordering food and not taking care of you!"

"Today my Mother had an ear appointment here at this location,it went great! The facility was clean and everyone was friendly. We were seen right on time. This place exceeded expectations. The Doctor was very friendly and made the visit pleasant with comforting words highlighted with humor. I definitely would recommend this place to others!"

"Dr. Spears is amazing. He is attentive, and also knows what he’s doing. I would recommend him but they need to change their staff or the way they do things there. I can never get a hold of anyone, it would take numerous VMs(to Michelle), no returns, or an hour or 2 to get someone on the phone. I would go to my appointments and watch these front office people on their personal phone and let the office phones ring and ring!!!!! Well that explains it all!!!! From the start of my initial appt to the end, was a terrible experience. 2 stars is for the staff and their system. Dr. Spears is a 5 ⭐️."
