"I had to fight for a letter for my service dog and emotional support cat. I had a feeling it would get confusing since I have both. But they argued against it. Supposedly more worried about their license. But the PA wanted letter from the trainer who trained my service dog. Even though he's owner trained which is protected by ADA law. I explained it multiple times. Explaining he's NOT professionally trained so where would I get that anyway. She couldn't tell me but kept repeating that. Then said I'd have to go to a psychiatrist even though my service dog ISNT for psychiatric disabilities. So why waste my money and time there. Then she said to go see my medical specialist instead. This was a waste of my lunch away from work and waste of my mom's money for this appointment. This is illegal discrimination and harassment. I already receive it in Public. Last thing I need is a doctor to discriminate and harass me illegally against something she absolutely has NO idea. She even admitted that she isn't even trained in what to do."

"My doctor here is Joel Massey and he and his entire staff are wonderful. They greet you by name, listen to you and do everything they are able to make things happen for you. He also has great referrals. He is the reason I am getting therapy at the Mint on Walnut. The Mint is also a 5 star company. My husband is being transferred to Wichita, KS and I am so hoping that there will be medical help like these folks there. I will miss these wonderful people very much."

"Emily was one of the worst representatives you could have for a business. We attempted to make an appointment for my wife that hasn’t been in the doctor for a few years. We understood that she would have to be treated as a new patient given the duration of her absence. The rest of the family has been seen since the retirement of our PCP. Emily was rude and hung up on us after simply asking of alternative clinics. The other Trinity clinic was super helpful and understanding. After speaking with CJ she understood the frustration and simply explained the “why” behind the issue. Perhaps Emily was just having a bad day, but, her overall attitude and demeanor, that’s a lot to be desired for someone in the customer service industry."

"Reception was ok. At first didn't feel welcomed. As the time went on it got better. We were able to walk in and be seen within 30-45 min without an appointment. The xray tech actually took the vitals and did the intake, great team work, since the nurse was busy. The medical staff was great (xray tech, nurse, and provider). They made my daughter feel at ease and was willing to explain things to both her and I. They let me see the xrays and gave a cd copy of them to us. They listened and took good care of my daughter."

"For 25 years, I was a patient at this clinic - one doctor, trusted and reliable. When they decided to go corporate, all things changed. The office staff was never friendly or helpful, just marginally capable of shuffling paper and pointing to the waiting room. Fast forward to present: needed a prescription refilled, called the office, told one thing, then another, and - long story short - no refill. After being assured the prescription would be ready that afternoon, pharmacy revealed they had NEVER received the renewal authorization. Called the clinic - first mistake. Waited on hold for nearly an hour, second mistake. Told to come in and be charged a full office visit, third mistake. Three strikes and you're out. I feel sorry for those trapped in that system. As one that is about to begin using Medicare as the primary provider, I can only imagine how dreadful the service will be between this clinic and the federal government. Probably die in the parking lot waiting for a fax."
