"Just received a call that they don’t take anyone under 16 and my 14 year old has an appointment on Monday. It’s Friday and I told them on the phone 3 weeks ago my kid’s date of birth, twice. Then an office manger calls me and says yeah sorry a call center messed this up. Do you know how hard it is to get a doctor in this town and you cancel on me with barely any notice? I spent an entire day trying to find a doctor for my son and this is what I get? And to the lady that called me I’m a manager too. And if my place of business messed up this bad I would figure it out. Not just cancel appointments and treat it as the clients problem. This is a YOU problem."

"Worst office ever. I started to feel Ill but was testing negative for covid however they would not see me in office therefore I never got treatment for my sinus infection I had right before testing positive for covid which therefore turned to covid pnumonia. According to hospital doctors if I had treatment ahead of time I would probably not gotten as sick as I did. After I was released from 2 weeks in hospital with covid pnumonia I was told to schedule follow up with primary doctor. I scheduled it get to the office and they would not see me since it was covid related even though that was discussed during scheduling. so I had no choice but to wait two months to get an appointment with a new doctor. Their phone system is also atrocious and you can never get through to anyone via phone or email. With this being said the system notified my husband of wrong day /time of his appointment and he never got a response when he called and text them missing his appointment. Only appointment he has ever missed. He got appointment rescheduled and night before his appointment they call him to tell him they are canceling his appointment and dropping him as a patient since he had one missed appointment that was their fault. This type of patient care is totally unprofessional and irresponsible and honestly I feel like it was totally thier fault and hold their office accountable for the severity of my covid diagnosis and recovery."

"I have been with Dr. Padia since I moved here from California. Dr. Padia is a great and very intelligent doctor. She is very compassionate and determined to find a solution to a problem. Her staff is very professional, they address me in a very professional way There is never a moment where I feel I'm being disrespectful or not welcome. Who wants to see a doctor, no one does, but I do because I love seeing Dr. Padia and her staff. I travel from New Braunfels to Hausman to see Dr. Padia, so what's that tell you! She is worth the travel."

"I've been looking for weeks to get in to a primary care physician, and this is the first place that would take me- I wish I would've kept looking. The staff, as well as the doctors, seem very unprofessional and insecure. They are majorly lacking in confidence, and it seems like their goal is just to diagnose you with something and get you out the door. I went in to see my doctor for a simple cough, and the next thing I know she was telling me I could either have asthma, an autoimmune disease, or maybe it could just be bronchitis. I did not feel listened to, or understood. Moreover, after having some bloodwork done, I literally cannot get a hold of them for the results. I gave them specific times to call me because of my busy schedule, and they have only called me during times that I am unavailable. Every time I try to call back, I am either forwarded to an answering service, or the phone rings for 20 minutes without anyone picking up. I am very disappointed, and once I get my bloodwork results, I will not be coming back here."

"I've been seeing Dr. Padia for over a year and she's been great. She listens to all of my concerns and always gives me different options for treatments. I never feel like I'm being rushed out of the office like most doctors do nowadays. The staff have always been amazing and courteous. I always tell my friends and family to go there."
