"These people that work here are liers and thieves. Julie Roat is bad about calling adult protective services on you and filing a claim. My mom was still admitted in the hospital and was unable tomake the follow up appointment that they scheduled without us knowing about it. Then they also reported to APS that my mom had missed 12 appointments? Don't use these people find another clinic. They are only about the money not the patient."

"This place sucks!!!! I was supposed to have my first appointment today. They send out a link with their address in it a day prior. So I pulled it up in maps on my iPhone. This address took me to the other side of town. So I call them and they say oh it’s an error on maps. A lot of patients tell us this. So why do you send that link or not give the proper directions in the text? I finally make it to the office a little after my scheduled time. They take my information and I sign basic paperwork and tell me to sit down. 5-10 minutes later they call me up and say I need to reschedule because I was late. Are you kidding me? You guys gave me the wrong address and you said it happens a lot. Why must I pay for your error. So I then ask when is your next available appointment. They say a whole month later. Screw this place. I won’t be returning."

"Beware of this place. Went for an initial visit to Kyle Smith for primary care doctor. They checked my blood pressure and weighed me. Met with doctor and told him my med history. Set me up for bloodwork and referral to another doctor in their clinic. I then received a bill for $229 after insurance paid $145. When I asked my insurance why they did not pay for the whole bill, they said it had been coded on the claim as having provided me with treatment for my heart condition. When I complained to Christus that I had not been TREATED for anything, they said they would review the coding. After 60 days, I had to call them back and they said they would not recode the claim. I contacted the doctor who refused to help. They lied about treating me for heart disease and refused to correct their mistake. Now they say I am 90 days past due and are threatening to send my account to collection. These people are liers and thieves! Find anyplace else , these people are willing to do anything for some extra money."

"A Specialist referred my Older FIL here to a GP because Christus notified them they "needed New Patient's". Now after 1 visit, can't get an appointment sooner than 1 month out, even for a Critical Care situation. They only do 1 walk in/call in a day, even for CC. Overbooking. Avoid this place, find a Dr Office that isn't in it, just for your money!"

"My first appointment with Dr Aaron Wood was great. He listened to my history, set me up with a couple of vacs I was overdue for, and suggested I monitor my BP and report to him in two weeks. Also ordered labs I was overdue for. Very pleasant experience. Scheduling admin called next day to set up labs. Glad I found him after my doctor had retired."
