"The doctor (Kristen L. Morton) I saw was nice... but that's the only thing I found OK about this place. Plus what she can do seems to be limited to blood tests, giving results and providing medication. The rooms are more like converted offices and less like a full service physician's office. The "beds" are just flat tables... not the medical ones I expected. I've been in around five times with three of those being scheduled appointments, the others were blood draws where they don't have appointment times. If you need a blood draw you have to come back at some other day and pray they are not too busy to see you. I normally waited quite a while to be seen... including my second visit that took them 1.5 hours sitting in the waiting room for a scheduled appointment. That was unacceptable! Since then things have gotten even worse with phone hold times that never result in someone picking up and answering machine messages that never get responses. I was told if I wanted my lab results to be told to me over the phone thats $75 and a copy of my medical records $25. But if I send my medical records to another doctor that it's free. I feel this place is taking advantage of patients and not providing the services needed to keep us safe when our health comes into question."
