"The care was fine, the positive is I feel better, i was seen, and the staff was pleasant. That's the only reason for not giving less stars. I checked in online at 5:59, completed my registration, let them know it would take me less than 10 minutes to get there (since it’s a question they ask). Was informed at 6:20 to head in, and there are 4 people in front of me. I arrive at 6:33. Didn’t get called back till past 7:15, didn’t see the doctor till past 7:40. My complaint is to have more accurate/transparent information about the check in process. I get that appointments can run long, or unexpected things happen, and staffing. But it’s 2024, and it’s easier to know when my table is ready at a restaurant than it is to know how much longer you need to wait. I picked this place because it was close, but close in this case was not convenient. This review would have been 5 starts if my wait post arrival wasn’t over an hour."

"I called 3 days ago was quoted $36 for a sports physical. Told their summer prices were $25. Had to pay $45. I should have just taken my son out of school and seen his regular doctor for $25. Front desk staff was less than personable. PA that saw my son was great. Would not recommend this location."
