"It is interesting how this health care provider does the billing. I went to see a nurse practitioner (assistant) just to get a referral to a specialist (because family/primary doctor was not in office that day). But I was asked to pay $40 for the visit under “specialist” category rather than $20 for a primary doctor visit. After I called a few times and got the explanation that is “nurse practitioner provided consultation.” I checked with my insurance company and got to know that this office billed the insurance company under one tax code: mixed specialist group. So, it doesn’t matter who I saw in my visit."

"I was a new patient with the intention to see one doctor in particular but had a full schedule, so I ended up seeing a “new staff member”. Well check visit with Dr. Patel was ok, but he does not follow up. Called several times after two weeks of my visit to discuss lab test results with a nurse or assistant, and they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes. Sent a message using the app and never got a reply regarding my results. I assume I am a 100% healthy, and that is why never got a call back. Maybe, maybe not. They bilIed my insurance two separate bills one of 678dlls(400 for physical history and 272 for the visit) and another one for the labs, which included a small charge for a “surgical service “, which I did not have/received or was performed during my visit. It could be an error or that they intentionally bill for services patient’s never get."

"I'm a new patient and so far my experience wasn't great and I haven't walked through their doors yet. I had an appointment for the last week of the month. I received a call from the office that they had an earlier appointment which I accepted because I needed it. Well, today I received a call that they need to reschedule my appointment and now it's for next month!! I was livid and when I expressed this to the receptionist her attitude was like oh well, he's not going to be in.I don't feel it's fair when I could have kept my original appointment had they not called to offer a sooner time. I will not consider this place after today.I get it,I will now have to wait going somewhere else now, which is defeating for someone who's in pain and just wants to see a doctor."

"I actually love my doctor but I would go anywhere else if I could a Primary Care doctor that was not part of UT Health. UT Health is difficult to deal with and there are so many wait lists to receive all kinds of care. I hate UT Health. It's not a help to this community that it keeps buying small offices and removing options."

"Great experience for my last visit. Front desk was friendly and professional as always. I was called minutes after my appointment time and seen by Dr. Tracy minutes after that. I was impressed by the practice manager rolling up her sleeves and chipping in to help with a smile. Phlebotomist was super professional friendly and efficient . Team work at its best."
