Next Level Urgent Care | South Rim is a doctor's office located at 5311 North Loop 1604 West in San Antonio, Texas. Our mission is to make healthcare affordable for all patients, whether they have insurance or not. We accept most major insurances, including Cigna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Tricare, and more. For those without insurance, we offer fixed self-pay prices, with a maximum charge of $255 per visit. We never charge if we determine that your condition requires treatment in an emergency room. Our Austin and San Antonio clinics will be open regular hours, while our Houston clinics will have a delayed opening due to freezing weather. "I had a great experience at next level! I made an appointment with short notice, they got me right in. The front office staff Alexa, Kelsey, Elyssia were friendly and helped me with the tablet as I was shakey. PA Dawn Rodriguez was super next level. She took her time, didn't rush, asked the right questions and handled me with extreme care! It is so rare to find a group of people committed to giving top notch care but these individuals were truly next level!!!! They stood true to their name!"
"Went here with my husband like 6 months ago after finding that the urgent care closest to our house had a long, indefinite wait and wanted us to wait in the car. These guys didn't have a lot of reviews at the time, but the ones they did have were good. We were glad we made the extra drive - new and clean facility, no wait, and Dr. Stefanie, Jeremy, and Alexa were all so kind. I'll definitely be choosing them next time I need an urgent care."
"NP Aimee was so wonderful. She is kind, caring, and really listens to your concerns. Zach was my medical assistant. He kept me laughing the entire time. He really took my mind of the pain I was in. All staff members have been great to interact with. I’m very pleased with the care I have received!"
