"People at Corporate: I don't care the least bit about you, just keep pouring the $. People at offices: are you in pain? sure, let me give you an appointment 8 months from now. The great thing is their consistency... Everyone in the company acts with the exact same set of values."

"I was in search of a new PCP due to changing insurance providers and selected this location and Dr. Hoefle based on recommendations. Ended up seeing NP Torres-Garcia because of Dr. Hoefle's unavailability for a new patient visit. Everyting about this clinic in terms of how they handle patient servicing, scheduling, responding to messages in the patient portal, to how the diagnose and treat patients is horrible. I had an appt for 9 am and wasn't seen by the NP until 1 hour later. The appt took two hours because of the excessive wait time between other patients she was seeing. She ran down the new patient script and when I indicated some medical problems I've been having she immediately asked if I had tried medication instead of accurately trying to diagnose the issue or refer me to a specialist. It's virtually impossible to book an appointment with any of the doctors through the patient portal as they have no availability for 3-4 months out even though the automated system recommends that route. They coded my wellness exam labs incorrectly for which I was billed and has been escalated to reprocess, but they haven't fixed the issues for more than a month and half. This billing issue still hasn't been resovled 2 months later. If you are thinking about establishing care here, there are better practices."

"My husband made an appointment via their online appt scheduling portal and selected the new patient option. New patient visits were longer (1 hour time slots) and time to next appt was 5 weeks out. He scheduled the appointment but then one week before the appt office staff called to inform him the doctor doesn't see new patients during that time and his appt is cancelled saying he can reschedule but it will be 6 more weeks. My husband has some serious medical concerns and the original 5 week wait was already to long and then for him to be cancelled at the last minute with no good alternative appt offered! Absolutely horrible experience. Your website allowed him to schedule the new patient appt and it should have been honored. We now have called to set up an appointment with a completely different healthcare provider with whom we hope to be treated with care and compassion as all patients should. Unfortunately we are now on yet another 6 week wait for that appt but I would rather give them our business then your clinic! Thanks for wasting our time and I sincerely hope in the meantime my hubby doesn't experience a serious health event. If you are thinking about establishing here, don't. There are better places."

"I’ve been going to Dr Hoefle since I was a teenager and followed her over to this practice & I could not be happier with this office and team!! I had my women’s wellness exam with NP Laura Garcia and she was just wonderful, very supportive, informative and sensitive to my needs as a patient. I am so overwhelmed with gratitude for this team that has taken such great care of me and am so glad I followed Dr. Hoefle!!!!"

"Terrible office staff! My mother ran out of her blood pressure medication and after 2 phone calls requesting a short supply refill I was chastised for not rescheduling an earlier appointmentbfrom Sept 2021. They do not answer and give their names so I do not know who she was but she further went on to question how my mother received her earlier prescriptions, like she was a addict getting counterfeit scripts on the streets for blood pressure meds. Terrible experience. Terrible wait times. They rarely answer the phone and you can't get anyone who practices common sense. Robots working off a script. Terrible representation of what health care workers really are."
