"Photos to share however, places convenience to my home. The people are very kind, courteous and professional places well kept clean. Everybody is to wear a mask to help whatever’s in the air down professional and they take most insurances. If not, they also have a plans You can buy on the spot and use also the Walgreens is just in front of them which is convenient as well"
"Called the day before to confirm price for walk in without insurance they told me $180. Based on the price I set the appointment since I was feeling Ill and needed some type of medicine. When I walk in the lady at the desk said the price would be $350!!! I don’t know if it was miscommunication or if they were flat out lying but either way it’s a pretty trashy thing to do to someone. Then the lady at the desk had the nerve to try to sell me some membership. Trying to make extra money off of the sick and uninsured is a pretty disgusting thing to do. I use to love to go to urgent care when they were impact. I will never comeback here though. NextCare has completely ruined them. I understand medical costs are high but $350 is insane. And the fact you have employees who are either lying on the phone or just don’t know because you aren’t training them enough is just sad. I hope you guys really start to take your business mores seriously because being sick isn’t a game. It shouldn’t be an easy way to make a quick buck out of someone, and you really shouldn’t be making things harder for people. DO BETTER"
"We love Dr.Pickett and staff! We have been going here since my daughter was 1.5 years old. We tried pediatric urgent cares, but they took too long and didn’t seem to help solve the problem. Dr.P knows and remembers us and is on top of what we need. It’s completely helpful that they are open 7 days a week and late, PCP doesn’t have that flexibility. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone!"
"I'm in the clinic right now and although it's clean, I've been waiting for an hour with barely any patients here. I hear the PA talking it up with the counter, but no one has come to my room at all. I've been here an hour. The PA finally came in. Nice guy, but no explanation for the excessive wait time. My appointment was at 11am. I finally left at 120pm. Over 2 hours."
