"Every experience here is a waste of time. Not sure if this doctors are even educated correctly. I came with symptoms of croup as my sons was diagnosed same day with his pediatrician, and explained that to the doctor. He checked my neck and ears and mouth and just sent a prescription to my pharmacy. No test were taken to confirm or determined if in fact I have croup. Antibiotics were went with a in haler and some steroid how ever if in fact I have croup what would the antibiotics do for me? Nothing as it’s a virus not an infection. I If you are looking for compassion and educational staff to explain the reason of exposure and how to prevent or what else ro take to avoid medication. This is not the place."
"The doctor and staff listened to me and treated me with respect and concern. The doctor was diligent and I received care promptly without having to wait very long at all. The service was just excellent. This is the second time I had been to this location and was impressed both times. I am a former healthcare provider and as a nurse there are things I look for in care I receive. All boxes were checked here."
"PA Marj and MA Sherry were absolutely amazing! My grandmother didn’t want to go because it’s not the regular place that she goes for treatment. The entire staff went out of their way and were very patient and kind and helpful. They treated her well and made a good diagnosis. She noticed the scan code on the back of the door that said, please tell us how we are doing. My grandmother took the time to stop the PA and MA and all the ladies to tell them how wonderful they are. Thank you !!!"
"A great experience! All around, front desk staff, medical assistant and physician all welcoming and kind. They understood my desire to get in and out quickly with a sick 5 year old (strep throat). I will not think twice on where to come next time for any urgent care needs. Thank you to all!"
