"My fault for not doing the proper research but wasn’t aware that you are considered an urgent care. I thought if it was within a certain time of day it would be considered a regular visit. This now makes me want to consider a primary doctor and not use a med clinic again. Also when asked why the young lady was very rude just means she has been asked this before. If you all can just make it clear that it will be an urgent care visit and the highest co pay is going to be charged it would be nice. My family and I will not be visiting another med clinic again we will visit one that only charges a regular visit instead of an urgent care visit."

"The service there was pretty good. First time going and everyone was very respectful and kind. Erika helped me with my TB test and she was very fast and explained everything very well for me"

"This was my third visit in a week to an urgent care (my first visit at Texas MedClinic) and Dr. John Lehew was by far one of the nicest doctors I have ever seen. He was so compassionate and really listened to me and took my symptoms seriously. It has only been a day since visiting and I am already feeling so much better. The nurses were also so very nice. Overall this was the best experience I’ve ever had at an Urgent Care facility and will definitely go back there instead of the facilities closer to me."

"Staff and doctor were friendly. Checking in on line was the best part because my husband was feeling so sick I couldn't get him to go to the doctor but I told him he had appointment he didn't have wait in line to get seen . He could just wait here at home to be seen . So that was a big help in getting him there . The only thing is that I don't recall doctor although nice didn't even listen to his chest after knowing results coming back positive for the flu. But I guess that's how it's done nowadays no physical contact unless necessary . Other wise very convenient. I would recommend Texas MedClinic"

"My name is Emily Hope Staples. I went there because I was fearful that I had POTS like my sister. My blood pressure was high. My heart rate was very high. I was told there was a 2 hour wait. While not happy, I understood. They did an EKG. I told the tech that afterwards I would need help sitting up. She said she would be happy to help. But then finished and left. My husband was able to help me. I told the doctor that when I sat up I felt a horrible sharp pain in my side. The doctor asked/told me it was gone. I told him it wasn’t. He asked if I was constipated. I said I wasn’t. He shrugged, gave me my paperwork and told us we could go. I wasn’t looking for pain killers. I wanted him to examine me so we could figure out what was wrong. I guess it wasn’t important. I went there because I have had other positive experiences. But not this time. The doctor kept saying it wasn’t ideal. It felt dismissive"
