Gonzaba Urgent Care – Main Medical Center

"Very disappointed! An inexperienced female PA made no attempt to give descent medical advice,evaluation or treatment. We had to explain to her 3 times why we were there. I feel for anyone who has to go there. I wouldn’t have even given this place one star but it’s the only way to let people know it’s a hit or miss with who you are seen by at this establishment. I was not the patient but again you all do not pay attention to detail when I said we not me. You will not find my information. You will not make this better I do not need your email to address our experience. This was our experience period."

"My experience at the new Gonzaba Urgent Care today was excellent, waited only about 10 minutes before being seen. The doctor, nurse and staff were awesome, would definitely recommend to others. Thank you Gonzaba Urgent Care and Staff!!"

"If I could have given no stars I would. My experience was unsatisfactory. The receptionist were great . The X-ray tech was the nicest person. The PA Kimberly Alvarado had no bedside manners . Didn’t check me to see my injury. PA seemed that I was wasting her time . After close to 4 hours she comes in irritated jus to tell me my pain was due to old age and as a matter of fact made a remark about my PCP that she could not believe he was still alive .PA couldn’t give me an injection because there was no blood work in my history, prescribed me for pain. When I have gone in for pain and I have been given an injection for pain. Her advise was to go to to an orthopedic. Why would she suggest that when she didn’t check me. And said I had osteoporosis and how did she find out with that diagnosis when I haven’t been treated or been tested. I’ve never had such bad service with a Dr or PA Gonzaba . I will be reporting this to my insurance for evaluations they request for visits."

"From the time I walked in every staff member were very nice he didn’t take very long for me to be seen. Maybe 3030 minutes or 35 and the nurse was excellent. She was very friendly very caring. In other words the whole staff even the doctor that’s why I tell my friends and I always give a five star."

"The staff was so cheerful and nice I was very happy. I had been there in late December and everyone at the front desk was not friendly at all. Today I was greeted by an employee that was just there and then Brenda. She has exceptional customer service skills and seemed to genuinely care about my illness.
