Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care

"Usually have a great experience here but yesterday was not good. I was greeted by an African American girl that clearly did not want to be there and immediately told me to wear a mask. When i walked in she was slouched over and leaning on the counter. (Another guy walked in and was greeted by another employee who was very friendly and didn't force a mask) There was attitude and the vibe was that of a free south dallas county clinic. You would've thought i was getting free healthcare..... I grabbed a water and was called back to my room by another person and that same girl followed. I sat down and was drinking water and while I literally had the water bottle to my lips and drinking, the check-in lady asked if I had lost my mask. I was shocked. I continued and finished drinking and told the other lady that was taking my blood pressure, that I was drinking water and that i didnt know how to drink thru a mask. Mind you, I didn't go in for covid or flu and was diagnosed with niether. They did a strep test that was negative, which i found strange since it appeared that the check-in girl was maybe worried about me having covid or flu. (Test was negative.) The provider came in a few minutes later and while she was not as bad as the first girl I encountered, it was again giving free county clinic vibes. No eye contact and she couldn't even figure out how to look in the back of my throat during her exam. She really struggled to look back there..... Really didn't check anything other than that and told me I had allergies and walked out. I'm hoping to never have to encounter those two ladies there again."

"This is my second time here at the Frisco location. I tried contacting my PCP but wouldn't be able to see anyone until 2 weeksm Andrea, Virginia and Jessica were really helpful and kind to me when I came in. I love that I was able to book online and pay for my co-pay too. Once again, I saw Trevor for my examination. He took his time to analyze and discuss my current condition and pain. I had fallen and pulled my hamstring the night before. He was understanding and gave me the professional help I needed to work with my recovery process. Trevor is truly an excellent P.A , I wished he was at my PCP's office! Virginia adminstered my injection, which I didn't feel a thing. I appreciate the Breeze Urgent Care in Frisco for the clean and lovely office. I'm hoping not to get hurt again, but at least I have piece of mind that I can go to Breeze if I ever needed to in the future."

"Turned me away because no medical billing person or manager was working. I don't expect every employee to understand how to process insurance but it sucks to be told you'll have to figure that out on your own or come back tomorrow. What's the point of urgent care then. Not my first visit. My first visit was incredible. No issues. I was excited to have a good option close to home. But the utter lack of care has soured this place. I've never seen such indifference from medical professionals. No one would even make a phone call."

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and my daughter got hurt. Texas Health Breeze was recommended to us by a referee. Wonderful experience and very fast! Everyone was super efficient, kind and went above and beyond to help my daughter. Would definitely go back!"

"My husband and I are visiting from CO. and we found that we needed health care. We visited 3 other clinics and were told they didn't accept our insurance plan. When we went to Texas Health Breeze Urgent care they went over and above to help us. We may have to pay out of program fees ( which was reasonable) but they were willing to help. The concierge Sheila MA and Trevor PA were very good at their jobs. We both appreciate the kindness and care he was given"
