"Service at this clinic has gone downhill since last year. Seems they have a new staff all around other than the Doctors. They have cut down on the type of services they render such as no more Xrays. The wait time to see the Doctor is crazy, last time there I waited almost 45 minutes then another 10 minutes after I was called into exam room. I really like my doctor at Westlakes but seriously considering changing clinic's on account of all the cut backs."

"Please look at all reviews the earliest was 2 yrs ago. My grandmother doc has not made any point of assisting her for a covid vaccine. We are talking about a 94 yr old female with twice remission of breast cancer, heart problems along with other medical conditions. I am aware of other seniors not close to my grandmother's age who are seen at other wellmed locations, who provider who takes their age to a higher standard. I am completely convinced my grandmother provider has no concern for her patients."
