"I'm writing this review because I feel extremely disappointed with the service I received. Sadly, the PA's attitude was not patient-centered at all. It felt like they were uninterested in helping me, as they kept looking at their watch and seemed rushed. I was barely able to ask my questions, and the whole meeting lasted less than five minutes. Unfortunately, the same thing happened during my second visit, and I left feeling frustrated and unheard. Despite this, I must say that the front desk ladies and nurses were amazing - they provided excellent patient care and treated me with kindness and respect. However, their effort couldn't make up for the poor experience I had with the PA."

"I went in there to get something removed from my arm. He literally missed the spot. He only got a small sliver of it and for nearly 2 years they continue to send me $130 bill every month when I called and told them he did not take what I asked for off, how he missed it is beyond me. It should not have been difficult, but I understand we all have our off days I get it but I have called 10 times to explain the situation and that I'm not paying that $130 of what my insurance did not cover and they will not listen and continue to be rude and send me the bill every single month even going up a couple of dollars so I would never recommend this dermatology office because they do not listen or care that they have a unsatisfied customers."

"Actual appointment services are great; however, the 1 star is due to the extreme waiting times from scheduled appointments. This is my fourth time coming for an appointment and was ensured the previous times we very rare occurrences. I waited over 40 minutes each time from my scheduled appointment time. To note, each appointment has been at different times, additionally they mentioned that two other doctors were an hour behind and that was only after patients went up and asked how long was their wait going to be."

"GREAT Experience!!! Employees were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable.... Dr got down to business as soon as he walked in!!! I have 35% hearing loss, they treated me like a human!!! Most places just think you don't understand, they don't realize you can't hear and so called "technology - hearing aids... leave a lot to be desired"...."
