"I am very very disappointed of the UTSA student health services. I was prescribed a steroid for minor allergies and when I happened to check with someone in my family circle who is a doctor, they highly prescribed me against taking steroids for allergies that were not even worse! I took just one dose and I wasn’t feeling myself the whole day, I had burning sensation in my stomach, dry mouth and other symptoms. This place is my only place where I have access to medical assistance and get any health issues taken care of and after this, I have totally lost trust. Seriously this place was much better with the previous team before the UT health took it up. The doctors were knowledgeable and much caring, and they knew their patients well. The people now seem to care less; they do not know what they’re doing!! It is a total shame and an embarrassment to the international student community to have access to a sub par quality of medical assistance on the campus."

"I have been to the center three time. Every time I was either tested at the center or effectively refered to a specialist for further procedures. I went there for different problems and every time they followed up with me to make sure I am visiting the center, had me tested for all possible sources of the problem, set an appointment for when my results came out, and send me off with correct diagnosis and prescription. One very reassuring thing is that the doctors take time to explain every single detail of what they are thinking and test result items(even those with normal conditions) and they readily answer all your questions."

"I never write reviews but I just had to write one for the UTSA Health Services. My visit was one of the best health services I’ve ever had. When I walked into the building, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My doctor was the sweetest and most caring doctor I’ve ever had. She made sure to answer every question I had, made sure I left knowing exactly what happened during my visit and what is going to happen after. SO happy that I am able to get these services as a UTSA student. Thank you to everyone there! ❤️"

"Before arriving I was informed of everything that I needed and once I arrived I was treated very well by the front desk staff. The wait was short and once the visit began I felt that my concerns were heard and important. I was even given information that I found to be very helpful for the future. Even the checkout was handled with the up most care and concern. It drastically cheaper to be seen here, I just wish that I knew about it sooner."
