"Since I’ve noticed my review has been taken down for God knows why…here I am posting it AGAIN. Because this is quite literally the worst medical establishment I’ve ever been too. Keith Beck is a sorry excuse for a “medical professional” He is dismissive, rude and unprofessional. I visited his office early October due to a new difficulty with swallowing, breathing and severe facial/neck swelling. I had multiple ER visits prior to this appointment because this was something I have never experienced. The nurse was great at understanding me while I explained my symptoms and concerns. The visit with Dr Beck itself lasted 5 seconds. I didn’t even get to explain all of my concerns/experience before he cut me off and told me I was experiencing anxiety and essentially a waste of his time. After going out of my way to find alternative expertise medical treatment I’ve been diagnosed with mild-cancer suspicion thyroid nodules AND stage 2 gastroesophageal reflux disease. (Which I’m currently being treated for now). If I had not taken matters into my own hands to find another doctor to help, my condition could have worsened under Dr. Becks care. I highly recommend you visit ANY DOCTOR in San Antonio but him."

"Walk in’s NOT WELCOMED… even tho they have a huge banner outside stating they do. The girls attending the phone are not professional and they treat patients as if they don’t need the business. I’d give 0 stars if it was possible."

"DO NOT go here. Ever since they changed to Village it has been an absolute nightmare. I went in for a breathing treatment for my asthma and not only did the doctor not send over the right prescription but it took them literally 8 times to get it right!!! After sending the wrong one, they then only sent half of the prescription, then they forgot to put the instructions so the pharmacist would not give it to me so I had to keep calling back to have them correct it so I could get my medicine. Went through all of that only to be told that now it’s after hours and they can’t help me unless they CHARGE me for assistance for THEIR mistake!!!!! And my best bet is to call back another day!!! This was literally for my breathing machine!!! I never ever used to have these issues before they became Village. They’ve officially lost a 5+ year patient. Please, please take your business elsewhere."

"This place has never had their act together. My records are incomplete or just wrong. They cancel or change appointments. They ask you to be here 20 min early and no one is here. When do arrive not a word. I’ve been here for 1hr and 10 minutes. Still no doctor for my 8am appointment. The 1st appointment. As if I have nothing to do today!"

"Been going here for years without any issues. I had to switch insurance companies so I called them since they are my primary care office and asked them for the list of insurance companies they accept. Picked one from their list. When I checked into my appointment online the insurance company was even listed on their small list of insurance choices. I scanned the card to them. You would think I would get a call before I went to tell me they don't take my insurance. Showed up for my appointment and they don't take my insurance. I had to pay out of pocket for my visit which was not an expense I was expecting. I am upset because now I have to find another primary care doctor and I am $100.00 lighter. Not sure how to warn you guys about this because they told me they took my insurance but that was not true. I gave them 2 stars because of up until this point everything was fine. Not the best doctors office but not the worst. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise, now I can find a new doctor. This place runs more like a military base doctor office. You won't find that bedside manner, familiar face here. It's a different person every single time."
