"This place is all about the money. Scheduled for allergy testing on our kids. When we got there we were told they automatically do asthma testing as well...okay. That just seems like a way to increase their insurance collection on initial visits. They put us in separate rooms (one parent with each child), and they were told that I would be the one to talk to for medical decisions. They wanted to do a CT scan on my son, so my husband was told she would "check with me quick" and left his room. She never came to ask me anything, yet went back into his room and made it seem as though I had okay'd it. So they literally took a CT scan on a minor without consent. We left being told both our kids have asthma & needed some special crazy expensive brand name inhalers, nasal sprays, and one with a rescue inhaler. We left feeling like we were being scammed. Now fast forward several months later & I am getting emails and texts about outstanding balance, even though my balance has been paid & all accounts show a remaining balance of $0.00. These are kids that have seen an ENT since birth, and have had several surgeries. Glad we stuck with our gut instincts before pumping our kids with unnecessary medications... second opinion said neither have asthma."
