"We came in close to closing time, we explained that my wife had just come back negative for Influenza 1, 2 and Covid. We were not sure what was going on. But FNP Michael Cox and staff were very efficient. Samantha at the front desk helped us find her Insurance as it was left at home.We got seen rather quickly. "Yesterday I had a less than pleasant experience. I was ready to write off this location all together. This has been my little family's go to for all Urgent, Pediatric & VA Care needs for more than 3yrs now. I was disappointed & disheartened thinking the staff and service we're used to would be no longer. Ty (Office Manager) reached out after I had a reservation, showed up but didn't receive any medical care. We've known Ty and trust her knowledge, care & experience. She's the reason I decided to give the location a 2nd chance. Vicky (reception desk) & Ty were extremely helpful and made the whole reservation, and electric paper work less of a hurdle. Today's experience was superb. This is why we'll keep coming back and recommend this location. To today's Staff & Ty (Dr Lisa) I sincerely can't thank you enough!"
