"Never going back again. I've seen him in the past and was OK. His office looks old and old equipment like from my middle school science class from the 80s. Refused to see me in person because have covid. Then I had to drive to his office park outside and do paperwork while I'm sick. When he finally calls me for a telehealth conference he claims he tried to do video but he did not. Told him my symptoms and asked for a cough syrup he has prescribed me in the past and other mess and he refused and lied to me saying g they don't make it anymore and tried to give me something g else he probably gets money to prescribed from pharmaceutical reps. Horrible doctor rude staff I'm surprised if he really is a doctor"

"I was under their care for almost 2 years. I decided to get my testosterone replacement therapy from another provider. Immediately there were problems dealing with the front office staff. When I told them I was going to someone else for the testosterone I said I would still like to keep you as my primary care physician. After speaking with them several times it was obvious they were not interested in my business because I stopped taking the testosterone. In the two years that I went there I was constantly arguing with the staff about the time of my appointment. They would never inform me of a change yet they will change it on a regular basis. On Monday, August 16, 2021 I called in to get a refill of my high blood pressure medicine. I explain to the front office staff that I was leaving town on a family emergency would be gone for three weeks. They denied refilling my blood pressure for this critical Medication. I have been taking the same her blood pressure medicine the entire time I’ve seen this provider and it ihas always controled my blood pressure. Bottom line they refuse to refill my prescription to be vindictive. I am now going to file a formal complaint with the American medical Association. It is obvious they do not truly care about the Health of their patient. The only thing they care about is the money. They are a disgrace to the medical community and should be shut down."

"Since moving to San Antonio I’ve met cold, straight to the point doctors that make you wait Hours and then rush you out. I’ve also gotten turned down because I had not met my deductible and couldn’t pay the full amount, I wasn’t allowed to split it and pay the other half just the next day when I go payed.
