"The few times I have needed unexpected medical help, this particular medical practice has been there for me. Thankfully, it's a departure from my typical experiences as a patient in offices and hospitals. These people were kind, helpful, targeted on my specific needs, and made the whole process easy. Even though I am a doctor myself, like most I usually hate going to the doctor! So, I am acutely aware of what makes the difference between good and mediocre care. I recognize how often the suffering of a physical ailment is further compounded by mistreatment, or treatment with indifference by staff and the attending doctors. Not here. Everyone from the receptionist, the medical assistant, and the doctor himself were super friendly and nice! Dr. Wasetis was genuinely interested in hearing me, and helping me. I wish all our colleagues were on that page! The office is clean, orderly, and their intake process was easy and smooth. I highly recommend this facility. Kudos to Texas MedClinic Urgent Care."

The doctor was thorough, kind and professional. I believe I was given the correct diagnosis and treatment protocols. I recommend Texas MedClinic at Leon Springs."

"We loved that we could check in on line so my sick son didn’t have to sit in the waiting room. Thank goodness because even though I checked in first thing in the morning we still didn’t get a spot until 2:30 pm. We did have to still sit an extra 40 mins after we checked in at the front desk. I guess they had a lot of emergency walk-ins. The nurse that took Us to the back was very nice. The Dr came in Shortly afterwards. He was super sweet & knowledgeable."

"Me and my daughter went in last night with sore throats, headache, cough. She said the wait was at least 2 hours but we decided to wait so we could find out what was wrong. We ended up being there for close to 3 hours. The doctor told the nurse to swab us for Covid, flu and strep. She barely even touched us. The doctor came back in 20 minutes later and said we were negative for everything and to use a humidifier. She also didn’t say my name correctly once. Any name that started with a K was good enough for her. This morning I just didn’t feel right and decided to just take my own Covid test. 3 tests later, all positive. I wasted $450 and 3 late night hours of mine and my daughter’s time. The nurse who took our vitals acted like she didn’t even have a care in the world. She didn’t even repeat what our blood pressure or temperatures were. And she clearly didn’t swab correctly. I wish we would have waited until morning to go instead of dealing with these people. On another note, the check in girl was the absolute sweetest."

"Customer service goes long way and to have 2 60 inches TV on the waiting area and not working is unacceptable..this clinic is on a high visibility area and at least let the people who are waiting for care to see the current events or news.."
