"The only urgent care center. I will ever need again. The facility is extremely clean. The entire staff is professional, courteous and kind. Most shocking was getting in, registering, triaged and treated in under an hour."

"Took my son to this place and I will never go back! He never gets sick, not even with allergies, I took him in because he had fever and was complaining of his throat hurting. The doctor that saw him, checked him before looking at his results of flu, COVID and strep. She showed me his throat, where he had white on his tonsils and even mentioned that his tonsils were a little swollen. She then went to check the results and said he came back negative for everything and said it was just really bad allergies, and then said his tonsils were not swollen. I asked her to retest for strep and she still came back and said it was negative. After that, I still could not get my son’s fever down and I took him to another urgent care clinic and he tested positive for both strep and flu B. I’m so disappointed in this place. I’m never gonna go back."

"I must have jinxed myself and ended the 2023 year with an awful day! But the highlight of my day was the wonderful staff at this location! They were super quick and friendly and so comforting! Zack made me laugh and Dawn was so sweet. I did not get the name of the other gentleman at the front desk this morning but he was just as helpful! This was my first time at this facility but will definitely come back and recommend to my family and friends!!"

"First time visiting Next Level at Grandview location and I have to say I am very pleased with the care and hospitality. I had interactions with Kris, Gina, and Dawn who was my nurse. These three ladies took very good care of me! I was in extreme pain and discomfort and they made sure to get me in right away. They were very pleasant and welcoming which made me feel very comfortable with them and confident that I was in great hands...and I was! Once we got to a resolve of the issue, everything was explained to me thoroughly and took the time to ask me questions and if I had questions of my own. They took their time to answer my questions accurately and with care. I absolutely recommend this Urgent Care facility at Grandview location. Thank you Kris, Gina and Dawn for the care provided for me today! You all made my day!"

"The receptionist and staff were very personable and accommodating regarding questions that I had, and were not dismissive like other nearby Urgent Cares that I had went to right before. It was very clean and everyone was super professional, I was seen and was taken care of within 20 minutes, so this is THE place to go to for care. If you would like to be treated as an actual person, then I recommend here more than anywhere else. Dawn, Regina, Naiomy and the other staff made the experience super pleasant, just spectacular.
