"I was on one of his first patients. I paid for a visit 2 months ago and my meds never got sent in. I had a visit since but forgot I had the wrong card on file. I tried to call and correct it and it goes straight to voice-mail. I'm out of meds and can't get in touch with anyone and it's almost been another month. Tim is great but the business is unprofessional and obviously has too many patients to be able to properly help. If there is ever anyone you need to be able to call, it's your physical doctor. Js"

"Was referred here for my daughter. I can't stress enough how much this was unprofessional process. Very first appointment was virtual and scheduled for 10, didn't receive a call until 12. I was told they would take over medications for my daughter, great. Second appointment the doctor kept telling me my daughter was 10 years older than her actual age and kept referring to her by the wrong name. Now I need a refill for my daughter's medication and not able to get ahold of the office to request refill. I had been contacted by 3 different numbers for this office. Turns out one is a personal number, why would you use personal number. Then was corrected not to contact that number again, then do not use your personal number to contact patients. I'm done with this office. Please add more effort into looking for a psychiatrist. Now that I complained about not being able to get in touch with the office, my phone is now being blown up by the office. Calls every couple minutes. No more."

"I have been a patient of Mr Tim Kimuyu for almost a year now, and I am VERY pleased with the services he and his assistants have given me through my experience. Between helping me find the appropriate practices and medication for my insomnia/anxiety to just having great conversation each appointment. I am a self pay patient currently and I was wasting a absurd amount of money trying to find a Dr. that would understand what works for me. I recommend 100%."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are incredibly unprofessional. They give no appointment confirmations. They call repeatedly instead of leaving a voicemail. When calling the front desk they are completely unorganized, they don’t know about preexisting appointments, or even preexisting patients. Dealing with these people hurt my mental health more than helping it. I am not typically one to complain but I’ve seen them 4 times now over the course of 3 months with no improvement."
