"0 stars. Awful experience unfortunately. Reception was incredibly rude. After waiting 45 minutes in the shorts for the procedure they came to tell me that they made some type of mistake and I would need to come back next week. The drive was already an hour. I will not be going back. I was expectant for my visit, as the wait was already long for the appointment, and I was excited to have my spider veins removed. There were three girls sitting at the reception desk. When I walked up I greeted them kindly. The all looked at me, the one infront said “Yes?” with a I don’t want to be here and irritated attitude. They were not apologetic concerning their mistake either. Seemed a normal occasion. Would not recommend."

"OMG! The whole experience was great. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Hsu is so knowledgeable and professional. He made my procedure easy and painless. I have been to several other vain clinics and I find USA Vain Clinic to be the best."

"These guys are a scam and the lady at the front desk is rude. I scheduled an appointment with the call center and they mixed up my appointment with someone else and kept bothering me for 2 weeks saying that my appointment was coming up when it wasn't. When I talked to them they said they mistakenly cancelled my appointment and that I can take the other person's slot. I said ok but they said I had to goto the Arlington office because the Richardson office at my originally scheduled date is fully booked. That is a 1 hour drive for me. But I agreed and went there. When I showed up to the office 15minutes earlier, the lady at the front desk asked for my name and looked at my Groupon paper as said, " we don't have the medication for your treatment at this location". and asked us to leave. I asked why they scheduled me to this location and why they didn't call. She said that they don't have patients phone numbers so they can't call. I left the office extremely upset that I just wasted 1 hour driving there and they didn't even give me a call to say that they can't do the treatment. I called the call center again to ask what the heck was going on and the person on the apologized and offered me 4 different time slots at the Richardson office on the same date I was originally scheduled for. The date that supposedly they were fully booked cause they cancelled my appointment by mistake. I said that BS and cancelled and got a refund. I know see why all their location has terrible review. Don't go here. These guys need to go out of business."

"I would not recommend anyone to attend this clinic. This clinic has had multiple patients robbed and the clinic refuses to acknowledge anything about it. Patients have to leave all their belongings in an unattended room that's free for anyone to walk in and take any item of value. I had credit cards stolen from here and in the same day had $200+ purchases the same day. I also had a friend who attended this clinic and had the same issue happened to her in December! This clinic has to investigate and give more security for their own patients belongings. This is unacceptable and we will be contacting the police."
