"This place is an absolute joke. Worst customer service ever. No one answers the phones during business hours and it takes weeks to get a call back from the numerous messages you leave. The receptionist are rude and not friendly. Their website states they start seeing patients at 5 years of age but they are now saying it’s 10 years old. So that should be changed. Also their website states they take Tricare but apparently they don’t anymore from I’m being told. So unprofessional and bad for business. If I could give zero stars I would."

"I stuffer from hashimotos. I never knew this with my old doctor. She never helped me much after seeing her for over a year. I don't see how she could miss this. I am so glad I was told about this place. I love going there. I trust their expertise and calling is an issue sometimes but I just leave a message to call me back. It's a great experience. I can schedule my appointments on Saturday and don't have to miss work."

"Had my first experience today as I was a new patient. The front desk staff were friendly and my wait time was minimal. The lady who took my blood was very good at her job I felt no pain or discomfort. I was seen by Dr. Logan who took his time to get to know my medical history and I never felt rushed."

"Update-I kept my scheduled appointment and let NP Logan know what I have been experiencing. He let me know that they had had to implement a new phone system because they were not getting messages and calls were not getting through. He also gave me a way to get hold of somebody if I ran into the same issue. I’ve always been very happy with their care, and the receptionist upfront is very nice and always remembers my name. As for the refill request, I can only assume that the nurse I spoke with assumed I was calling for a refill on a controlled substance as they never received my message and there were signs all over the office about that. I’ll make sure to let them know that’s a problem. All things considered, I am going to stay and give them a chance to work out their phone issues. ————— original review I’ve been seeing this office for years. NP Logan is the best. But they do not answer phones or return calls. I’ve been trying to get hold of someone for 5 days and after I finally got hold of someone I’m told they did not respond to my refill request because they need me to come in to run a culture. That sure would have been nice to know before I left town 2 days ago. No one could have called??? Even after I called and left numerous messages. Now what? So disappointed with how badly this office has declined."
