"In January 2023 i had to find a new pain doctor cause my pain doctor was retiring and I had been with him for over 10years. I was nervous that I wouldn't find another doctor that would be as understanding as my last doctor. However, after visiting a few offices I came here and was very pleased with all the staff especially my nurse practitioner, Michelle who is an absolute amazing person. She listens to me and works with me and I really appreciate the time she spends with me as I never feel rushed out like some doctors will do to get to the next patient. Thank you."

"My wife had an appointment today at 11:00 AM so see about injections for her knee and when she scheduled the appointment she provided her Aetna insurance card where she has met her $500 deductible however she was sent a text this morning informing her that yes they do take Aetna but they bill out of network and that she hasn't met her out of network deductible of $1500. We have never had to deal with an out of network provider as we only use in network doctors so I wish that they would have told her that at the time that she made the appointment and they verified her insurance instead of the day of service since it is very difficult to get appointments these days. I am very glad that she was able to find another doctor that was able to see her. Thanks for the no call back to provide any explanations. Update 9/2 My was was told that she would need to fill out the paperwork that morning of the appointment so she would not have known anything about being out of network. Also when I called I spoke to someone and they took my name and telephone number and stated that someone would call me back. Let's just agree that just because you didn't get message doesn't mean that I didn't call you regarding this issue. My point is that if she would have been told that we could have made another appointment elsewhere."
