Athletico Physical Therapy - Southlake TX

"I was very happy with the services received there until my son missed 2 appointments (could not come out of school )I had to reschedule 2 appointments for him. Whenever you reschedule , they mark it as cancellations. I might have rescheduled one. This place do not allow you to reschedule at any circumstances or they deny you care. Regardless, patients have right to reschedule an appointment.a week in advance. The OT came to me while my son was receiving the treatment that since he had 10 cancellations that he can no longer see him with face red and angry tone. I replied I did not make those cancellations. He print it out and told me , “here is the proof. “ still face red and looking furious. I came home and thought where it could had been and it hit me OT made cancellations when he was out sick for 2 weeks. One of no show was when OT went home sick. The center didn’t even bother to let us know. I pulled my son from school and there was no one there to give him a treatment. The next week, I got a call from the manager for me to go somewhere else and they cancelled all of his appointments. December is busiest time of the year and my son is left hanging without any further treatments anywhere. So.. we got embarrassed in front of all patients and other staff.. then service denied and appointments cancelled for something we had absolutely had nothing to do with it. They have done this knowingly knowing everywhere is busy at the end of the year and he probably can’t get any treatments. Athletico helped resolve issue by cancelling all appointments without my awareness and refusing to give service of my son. Only thing we are wrong of is could not make 2 appointments due to conflict with school."

"Friendly staff, great physical therapists. Chet worked with my son who suffered a string of ankle sprains playing basketball. He put him through a p.t. program that helped him strengthen and rehab his injured ankle. He's returned to play and hasn't had any issues. Thank you Chet!"
