"The office staff is great! However, make sure you have an MRI before the doctor does surgery. He diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis and did surgery. I didn’t have plantar fasciitis I have another nerve issue. I’m still in excruciating pain!! Looking back, I should have known better. I can’t believe the insurance approved a surgery without having an MRI. Now I’m facing another surgery all because this office chose to do surgery before giving me a true diagnosis."
"Worst wait times than the VA. Three different appointments and it doesn't matter if I show up early or on-time, you wait for at least an hour. These are 9am appointments as well, so how they can get behind that much is beyond me. They also had an MRI done on my foot and I go in to get the results and he says the results are wrong and he needs to clarify with the doctor that interpreted the results and expecting me to wait there while they wait for a return call. If you have a whole morning/afternoon to waste then this is the place for you but if you have a busy life, stay far away!!"
