"I am writing this review of Dr. Lam on behalf of my mother who was his patient. My mom had a lot of pain in her shoulder and neck. Before seeing Dr. Lam, my mom thought she would have this pain forever. But Dr. Lam listened to my mom's concerns and took excellent care of her. "Just tried to make an appointment with them. First, I put a request in 2 weeks ago and they are just now getting back to me. Second, she asked if I was ever involved in a car accident and I said yes in 2022 but this is totally not related. Well guess what, they won't see me because the doctors don't want to get involved especially if it's in possible lawsuit. This is the 2nd doctor that has done this.
