"Since I can’t leave a review for the Denton location (shady btw) I am leaving it here. There have been so many issues with my care. The office never answers the phone. They do not fill my prescriptions in a timely manner, ever. It is a constant headache every.single.time. I am sure your patients love having withdrawals. I have had multiple therapists and nurse practitioners, they ALL leave. You can not have good continuity of care if the staff doesn’t stick around. I am taking my mental health to a place that genuinely cares about their patients."
