"The first visit i had was excellent got in fast and everyone was helpful and friendly and scheduled a MRI paid and left MRI called within an hour and i went in and it was a very good experience The Doctor said if i haven’t heard from him in 2-3 days after the MRI contact him that’s where it went south MRI sent me the recommendation so I reached out to the Doctor my call went to voicemail and i received a voicemail because i have a job stating the Doctor has sent a email recommending surgery and if I wanted alternative schedule a appointment I never received a email until i emailed the MRI results to them so nobody sent the email I could live with that I emailed a couple dates and thinking someone would reach out nope then billing sent me a bill they put my payment on the wrong account I should’ve checked my bad I emailed to cancel any further appointments got an immediate response saying no problem let us know when your ready I just shook my head It doesn’t matter how good the Doctor is if I can’t back there to see him he’s no good to me got my results and went to Southlake have surgery scheduled and it didn’t cost 600.00"

"Went in for a ruptured Achilles tendon with Dr Willenborg. Service was prompt BUT they took 2 X-rays and charged me for the X-rays but never reviewed my X-rays or discussed the findings from the X-rays. Diagnosis was a quick visual that seemed very rushed. Doctor Willenborg came in minutes after the X-ray and never discussed them to give any credible opinion on how bad the injury was. It was basically 2 options: Surgery or PT and that was it. Very rushed visit with the Doctor. Stay away. Too many other options that are way better."

"Dr David Neal is so awesome as well as the staff at the clinic in Flower Mound ! I’m a 57 year old woman and had my first hip replacement on my right hip at another facility 7yrs ago and done pretty good but it still bothered me some . I was told over a year ago my left hip was bone on bone . I put it off way too long. Finally my brother in law had used this facility for his knees and said it was great he said and he is right !! The staff and nurses were amazing and I had Dr David Neal that done my left hip replacement with the anterior approach . He done such a great job !! I had been having pain some with the right hip done 7 yrs earlier but it was because I wasn’t level in my hips . When Dr Neal fixed my left hip he made it where my hips were level and even. I can actually walk straight now and not limping and no more pain !!! I was up the same day as surgery walking great and went home the next day and home health came for a few weeks and was amazed how well I was doing in such a short time and I owe it to Dr David Neal !! Such a great Doctor he checked on me himself day before surgery and day after I went home from hospital !! Thank you for giving me my life back Dr Neal !! Tammy"

"I visited this location again after needing to get an appointment. I brought my daughter by this location after referral from the Pediatric Center. We did find that the doctor we saw was great and he explained the reason for the pain that my daughter was experiencing. He completed the testing, rendered his evaluation, and we were off and out."
