"I am a patient of Dr. Shepard and once I get into the office everything seems to be great! Unfortunately the big problem is not only do they not answer the phone, they do not return messages. I also had a little insurance problem and I asked the lady at the desk if she could have someone call my Insurance company to fix it. She flat out refused, she didn't even offer to past the task to billing. I called my insurance company to have the issue fixed and yet again when my insurance company called them no one answered the phone. Don't get me wrong I love Dr. Shepard, and I love nurse practices Krueger. However the phone issue is so terrible I may have to change dr.s to an office were the front desk employee can handle their duties."

"If I could I would give them 0 . I have been with them for almost 8 years. It is so sad how they are now treating patients. Joanne was one of the best people they had now she gone . They are disrespectful They have violated my hippo right? His wife has walked into my room door on my sessions. Without knocking, she has violated my rights and tried to push me out of the office where I was trying to get my medications in my health situations. They did not want to refill my insulin. Take of me they give me the run around. I would never return there. Am I trying to see what can be done about this? Because they're not treating us light paint sense. It is so sad how this has decreased. They are rude disrespectful and do not care about a patient's assist. Wife sit in front of me. And said get her out and move on to. We need to get them in and out. They're not even completing this sections. To make sure you're ok I had to back about time"

"It's SAD that these people won't answer the phone, and they don't CARE, my son is handicap and needs incontinence supplies on a daily basis and this office will not fill out the form so we can get the supplies, our medical supply company has sent multiple forms since January 25th and dr sheperd office will not call me back no matter how many messages I leave Dr Shepherd does care about Jerry like he used to. Sad"

"I've been going Dr. SHEPARD for 20 plus years. I have had exceptional health care with all medical needs being meet. It is difficult at times getting someone to answer the phone but I just keep calling until I get my appointment. I would not consider going to any other physician."

"We have been patients of Dr Shepherds for over five years. However... If Google would allow me to leave half a star that is what I would do. Since this office has switched over, this past year, after Mrs. Joanne left it's gone down hill. She was literally holding the staff together. Patty who is now in charge of scheduling doesn't seem "with it" enough to work a computer, the phone and speaking to patients all at once. Everytime we have spoken, she seems very overwhelmed and frustrated. I'm all for giving everyone a chance to better themselves, but seems to me this lady would have a difficult time walking and chewing gum at once.Very sad. Perhaps have her file in the back instead of interacting with people. She seems a little older and very out of her element. We will be finding a new PCP. Thanks."
