"The front office lady, Brittany, is very adamant to not send my medicine from the doctor appointment I just had. I told her repeatedly that I need to speak with the doctor if she has an issue as she is not the provider that decides when I need to see him and if he will refill my medicine. The Doctor is awesome.. But unfortunately these front office staff is rude and thinks they are over and above the doctor. They act like we should listen to them and not the doctor. Dr. Shah, needs to reach out to his patient when there is an issue like this and she is reluctant to talk to doctor for the patient. So horrible!!!"

"Three of my family members come to this office for care. My two children see Dr Shah and my husband see one of their PNPs. I don’t even know how to express the gratitude I feel for Dr Shah and his other staff! When I first brought my son to him I was concerned and honestly terrified of what help,if any my son would receive. Everybody in my son’s life at school and socially had treated him so absolutely awful. Like he was less human and a nuisance. My heart was so broken for my boy but finally here he was, the Doktor- a real human that looked at my boy like he wasn’t broken. Like he mattered and he made me feel such trust immediately that he would help us! I am so grateful for that like he will never know! He guided us through the whole process and answered any questions I had, and my son had, and we’re finally starting to get to the other side. When my daughter needed help, the front office so gracefully allowed to schedule an appointment with Dr Shah, even though he does not accept new patients,as well since he treats her brother and that feeling of comfort is huge and means so so much to our family!! everybody in the whole office has always been very kind and respectful. I will never be able to say thank you enough and show my gratitude enough for all the help Dr Shah and his staff has given us and our family in our hardest and most challenging moments!! Thank you!"

"Absolutely the best psychiatrist office I’ve ever met with. I see Heather, but I think I’ve seen all of the NPs (and Dr. Shah) in the time I’ve been a patient and they are ALL wonderful. They will do anything they can to help you get better. She even responds after-hours and sends in new medications when I need help. Just fantastic providers all around."
