"Went today as a new patient. The receptionist was nice and the wait time was not too bad. I was there about an hour and a half. The provider was very nice too. So far so good."

"Horrible service, very unprofessional and rude staff, long waiting times and they still expect you to pay a fortune like this is a top tier clinic (even after insurance was provided). I visited this clinic before and my first visit was Ok that’s why I decided to come back but I made a bad decision. I wasted a lot of time dealing with the rude and unprofessional people like Erica Flores the person in charge of checking insurance benefits who happens to do no read her emails. She called me asking to email her my insurance info which I did (twice) prior my appointment then I provided my insurance card again once arrived to my so called appointment to get told I needed to pay $100 for an annual check up plus an additional co-pay/fee since the service it’s not covered by my insurance after telling the staff my insurance covers the annual check ups 100% and provide a secondary insurance got told they cannot see me today and I need to come back next week. NTCA get your facts together, train better your staff and Stop trying to take advantage of people!!!"

"My mom came here Tuesday because she’s been feeling fatigued and nauseous. Nurse said she sent the prescription over to the pharmacy but NOTHING. It is now Friday. And they just told us the nurse practitioner isn’t in after calling the second time today. This is ridiculous. I sure hope they refund her the $140 she paid so she can go to another clinic."

"I have been a patient here for almost 3 years and now that I have primary and secondary insurance they are wanted a copay and when you are double insured what one insurance won’t cover the other one will. It no matter. How sick I am today they would not see me without an copay after I told them I was doubled insured not even hey we can bill you for the copay just flat out no money for copay no service. How can any doctors office refuse to help a sick patient who is doubled insured. That’s just sad. I will be transferring PCP now I’m headed to the ER so sad. You guys have to do better for y’all patients."

"My baby had her 15 mo wellness check here. It was a short wait, the doctor was knowledgeable and attentive, and all of the staff were very friendly. My baby was very upset after getting shots, so the nurses even gave her a toy and she left in better spirits."
