"I would recommend this office to anyone seeking excellent OBGYN treatment. The front office staff are always efficient and quick when checking me in for my appointments and the time I spend in the waiting room before being called back is never too long. The nurses are all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Allen is also one of the best OBGYN’s I’ve ever had. She has been nothing but helpful and comforting throughout my pregnancy. Overall, I never have had any issues with Dr. Allen and her colleagues and would recommend this location over and over again."

"My experience with this office and its staff has been horrible. Starting with my first appointment. I waited nearly 2 hours to be seen and no one ever checked in or gave an update on when I would be seen. Even now with trying to have my medical records transferred to a new office, which no one has done and it’s been 2 weeks when I was advised it would take 7 days. When I call no one can answer to why my records haven’t been transferred. Incompetent and inconsiderate. If you are able to been seen somewhere else, please do."

"This review is more so for the scheduling staff especially Theresa. I have had issues with finding a provider here in Texas state due to my employer and insurance coming from another state. They have been great with getting me scheduled asap considering we are not too sure how far along I am and Theresa did amazing with actually calling my insurance and providing me feedback with my costs and what to expect. Super appreciate them as I have not been able to get any other office so far to even attempt to call my insurance or make the time."

The front desk at this medical office appears to be staffed by individuals who have mastered the art of incompetence. Their lack of basic courtesy and organizational skills has made every interaction a painful ordeal. The communication breakdown at Women's Integrated Healthcare is nothing short of astounding. It's baffling how a medical facility can function with such a blatant disregard for keeping patients informed. Numerous times, I found myself sitting in the waiting area, clueless about the status of my appointment. No one bothered to update me about delays or provide any reasonable explanation for the inconvenience caused. The complete lack of transparency and consideration for the patients' time is beyond infuriating. To add insult to injury, the scheduling system at this place is a complete joke. Imagine showing up for an appointment only to be told, last minute, that it's canceled due to the doctor's availability. It's like they have no respect for the patients' time and energy spent getting to the office. This happened on more than one occasion, leaving me questioning the competency and professionalism of the entire staff. In all my years dealing with healthcare providers, Women's Integrated Healthcare stands out as a shining example of everything a medical office shouldn't be. The frustration and disappointment I've experienced are immeasurable. I wouldn't wish this level of incompetence and disregard for patients on my worst enemy. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this place – there are undoubtedly more competent and patient-centric healthcare options available."

"I just started going here about 5months ago and, I believe the doctors are wonderful but the office staff/communication is a mess. Alliance and Southlake is super far from where I live and twice they’ve canceled my appointment the day of. The second time was today, and no one even called me to say Dr Lopez was held up over in Southlake after my boyfriend and I drove 45+ min from east Dallas to Alliance! But they made sure to charge me before checking that my doctor was even in the building. The front desk seemed annoyed that I wanted a refund but come on, wasted my time and gas to get here of course I want my money back. Thankfully I’m not someone who is pregnant because I can’t even imagine being in that state and being treated like this! Please do better."
