"Honestly if I could give them a 0 star I would have. I called Dr a couple of months ago for a mounjaro prescription and she gave it for 65 at first than out of blue decides to up the charge to 85 never once checking on my physical being and seeing how I was doing, nor asking me to come in for a check up, but I of course kept up with my blood work regardless. Anyway coupon is now expired for mounjaro and her office will not refund me my money as I won’t pay full price for the medication. Diane totally rude says to me well you probably picked up the medication. I said lady the coupon is expired and you can call the pharmacy to verify, also it hasn’t been available for months at the pharmacy. A simple call to the pharmacy and she would have gotten her answer instead of being rude but no she answers we are not refunding you the money. Awful awful customer service. I will never ever deal with this office ever again nor do I recommend them to anyone. Truly customer service is key and this office especially Diane lacks it. I work hard for my money and was hoping for integrity but clearly they are more money hungry. Lesson learned. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else!!!"

"Horrible experience with Dr Straface and her team. Her services provided zero value and only wasted time when seeking treatment. Her team’s work focused on getting our payment information without providing any real consultation and treatment. They created a huge sense of urgency up to the point of getting our payment and then did nothing. To make matters worse, she acted as if it was our fault - horrible bedside manner in a time of family crisis. She actually said “all I can say to you is I’m sorry you are such an unhappy person” when requesting a refund. I would never recommend anyone use her services."

"Excellent service! I pass 4 other urgent care facilities to come to this one! Front desk was polite and helpful. I was seen in the ER side, and they got me back into a room within 10 minutes of arriving and the doctor came in shortly after that. Doctor spent time thoroughly explaining things to me, was very friendly, and I never felt rushed. The entire experience was great! Highly recommend!!"

"Had to come here a few days ago for an after hours issue with the kiddo. I had a great experience with the caring staff. We were seen quickly and I felt like our needs were met and explainations were simple. Our prescriptions were at the pharmacy when we got there. Cant ask for better than kind and quick service. The facility is easy to see and right on the corner. You will be happy to know that it is a clean facility and they accept Aetna and Cigna plans if you use them. Thanks for everything."

"This urgent care is amazing! Our visit could have waited until the morning, but we wanted to seek treatment sooner rather than later. Code 3 ER & Urgent Care was open until 9:00 p.m. and there was an online appointment available, so we jumped at the chance to be seen in the evening. The receptionist was amazing - so friendly and personable. We only had to wait for her to type our information into the computer (5 minutes) and then we were seen. The nurses and doctor were friendly and quick (but not rushed) with their diagnosis and treatment plan. The facility was amazing too. I will definitely come back here if needed in the future."
